Return & Exchange Policy

Hopefully you love your order from Ditty, but if you need to return an item please contact returns@ditty-uk.com where we will help you with your request.

Returns need to be made within 14 days of receiving your delivery in their original condition. You will need to cover the cost of postage back to a UK address, these costs are non-refundable. We suggest sending via tracked postage or insuring your delivery as we cannot be responsible for undelivered goods.

Refunds will be processed on a case by case basis. We do not offer an exchange policy, a new order will need to be purchased.
